Sales activity at VOGO is built on direct sales and the deployment of an indirect sales network composed of agents, distributors and integrators. Generating relevant commercial leads is key to enhance VOGO brand awareness worldwide and is the premise to develop new customers and grow sales.

Position and missions:

Reporting to the VP Sales Europe & Business Development, you will be in charge of defining and implementing digital communication strategy, and generating relevant commercial leads for VOGO.

In this way, your main missions will be to:

  • Define VOGO digital communication strategy, implement it on all digital levers and put in place relevant reporting
  • Boost digital presence of VOGO to develop its brands awareness. Main levers include:
    • VOGO websites
    • Social media
    • CRM strategy
  • Define relevant audiences to target in order to generate commercial leads, create and animate a community around VOGO’s products & services in collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager
  • Websites / SEO:
    • Re-design current websites of VOGO, then manage and optimize contents
    • Manage and optimize SEO
    • Put in place reporting tools
    • Coordinate with Digital Marketing Manager on SEA
  • Social Media:
    • Define editorial brand book for VOGO
    • Manage VOGO activity on Social Media, with the main objective of generating relevant commercial leads for the commercial team:
      • Identify the targets,
      • Produce relevant contents for social media (articles, posts, images, videos,…)
      • Generate and qualify leads, and follow up with commercial team
    • Put in place reporting tools
  • Emailing/Newsletters:
    • Define and set up an annual schedule for sending newsletters and emailing to boost the brand awareness of the Company

 

  • Create and animate a community around VOGO’s offers:
    • Consolidate inbound contacts from websites, social media and emailing or newsletters
    • Create and broadcast content to animate and grow this community: newsletters, activity on social media, content on websites,…
  • Monitor new usages in the digital communication sector (technical, social, marketing) to extend the influence of the VOGO community.
  • Monitor the communication strategy and usages of Vogo’s competitors
  • Manage relationships with web service providers
  • Manage digital communication budget and KPI

 

Your profile:

Graduate at Master level, you have at least 5 years of proven experience in community management, with a focus on commercial activity and social media management.

You are:

  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Expert in
    • Google analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and other digital activity reporting tools and KPIs (e-reputation tools)
    • Digital Social Media network management
  • Mastering graphic design through Photoshop and Indesign (ideally also Illustrator)
  • Able to manage a website back-office and draw website or application sketches
  • Able to use email campaigns & newsletters management tool
  • Passionate about sports
  • Result-oriented

 

You have:

  • A strong culture of social media and digital sensitivity
  • An extensive experience in management tools and KPIs for social media
  • A taste for challenge
  • A sense for soft skills and networking
  • An organized, rigorous, responsive and convincing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills and dynamism
  • The ability to manage several projects in parallel

Permanent and executive position based in Montpellier (France), requiring travels abroad
