THE TECHNICAL OPERATORS OF THE HIGH VOLTAGE POWER LINES ADOPT ALL THE VOKKERO!

Vokkero allows handling operators located near THT-HTA (Very High Voltage – High Voltage A) lines to communicate clearly and safely.

Why do agents need to communicate during these operations?

When the team of operators must carry out cabling, recording and dismantling work on power lines with a high risk of electrocution, the actions must be precise and coordinated.

Example of a communication scheme:

  • 2 operators are on the floor, including the head of intervention
  • A duo is located on mobile elevating work platform, several metres above the ground, and very close to the THT-HTA lines.

To carry out the operation successfully, the manager transmits his observations and instructions to the operators located on the mobile elevating work platform. Similarly, operators on it need to exchange with each other to coordinate their operations.

The objective is therefore to execut the work as quickly and efficiently as possible, while securing the operators and the perimeter.

More than 16 departments have been equipped with the Vokkero GUARDIAN, among them:

  • Alpes Maritimes
  • Finistère
  • Gironde
  • Isère
  • Marne
  • Rhône
  • Saone et Loire
  • Vaucluse
  • Haut de Seine
